Since winning "The Apprentice," Kelly has been assigned several projects for the Trump Organization, including 40 Wall Street, Trump Tower Tampa and Trump Ice.

40 Wall Street – 40 Wall Street is a large building located in the heart of downtown Manhattan which includes over one million square feet of space and houses marquee tenants such as American Express. Working closely with George Ross, Kelly is responsible for its efficient management; ensuring in particular the smooth running of leasing and tenant interaction.

Trump Tower Tampa – The Trump Tower Tampa in Tampa, Florida, is a residential new development project in partnership with SIMDAG/ROBEL. Over 50 stories tall and including over 190 high-end luxury condos, it is the tallest building in Tampa. Ground-breaking will occur by May and Kelly is actively promoting sales in the development.

Trump Ice – Trump Ice bottled water has so far been mainly available at Mr. Trump’s casinos in Atlantic City. In a project that bears resemblance to the bottled water task from Season 1 of The Apprentice, Kelly is currently exploring ways to expand the Trump Ice brand nationally.
