With his father, Tom Perdew, and younger brother, Hal, Kelly formed a company to joint venture, acquire and develop a variety of real estate projects. Tom has been in the real estate development business for over 35 years. He has experience in residential, industrial, retail commercial, high-rise office and other types of land use. Hal is intimately familiar with the self-storage business, having spent two years in upper management with Public Storage, the largest publicly held company in the storage business, and Kelly, as most are aware, has been working as “The Apprentice” for Donald Trump, with extensive exposure to many types of real estate development projects on a national scale.
